Attorney Profiles

Eran Lee Weaver is a cum laude graduate of Wake Forest University, earning a B.A. in 1993. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of Richmond School of Law in 1997 and his Masters in Estate Planning (L.L.M.) from the University of Miami School of Law in 1999. He was admitted to the Virginia Bar in 1997 and the North Carolina Bar in 1998. He is a member of the Mecklenburg County and North Carolina Bar Associations. Mr. Weaver joined the firm in June of 2000 as an associate and became a partner in the firm in January of 2005.

Mr. Weaver is a member of the Board of Directors of the Matthews Chamber of Commerce and an officer and director with the Matthews Habitat for Humanity. In addition to these activities, he is active in other civic and charitable groups and organizations in the Matthews area, including Kiwanis and the annual Chamber of Commerce Art Show.

Mr. Weaver practices in the areas of Estate Planning, Estate Administration, Elder Law, Estate Taxation, Contracts, General Business and Corporate Law.
