Attorney Profiles

James L. Epperson was admitted to the Georgia Bar in 1991 and served in the U.S. Navy JAG Corps, including representing service personnel before Courts-Marital proceedings and negotiated the release of Navy members from foreign sovereigns in the Middle East. He was admitted to the North Carolina Bar in 1994 and has practiced before Federal and State Courts in civil and criminal actions in North Carolina and Georgia. He is certified in mediation and arbitration and is a licensed real estate broker. James graduated from Appalachian State University and graduated from Mercer University in Macon, Georgia in 1991.He is highly active in Alumni Affairs at Appalachian State University, including the Alumni Corporate Committee and the Yosef Club.
