MICHAEL DAVID BLAND: I've been trying cases since 1978. During that period of time, I've seen a lot of different kinds of problems that people have had, had a lot of different kind of experiences in the court system. And I think this has a tremendous value to my client.

MICHAEL DAVID BLAND: All of my clients are really victims. They're people that have had something terrible happen in their lives that it's such a terrible problem that they can't deal with it on their own and they need help. 

Almost all of my cases are jury trials. Those are cases where I'm having to convince 12 ordinary people from the community why it is that my client should prevail. And I've been very successful at doing that over the years and that's a tremendous asset to our client. 

I think the thing that really separates us from a lot of other firms is the fact that we don't give up. We stick to it and see things out to the end. Sometimes it takes a long time to win, especially against big powerful companies. We've been very fortunate because we put a lot of effort, a lot of hard work into representing our clients and hard work pays off.
