F. LEE WEAVER: People really don't plan for the future. Weaver, Bennett & Bland spends a lot of time focusing on the personal contact, the client interview, and understanding a client's problem.

ERAN LEE WEAVER: What estate planning does is basically enables people to have peace of mind and enable them to move forward with the confidence of knowing that if something should happen to then during their lifetime or upon their death that their assets and their needs will be taken care of by the appropriate people. Weaver, Bennett & Bland has been open since 1982 and we've been continuously serving the surrounding the community with estate planning since then.

F. LEE WEAVER: Eran, my son, and I work together on planning projects. It's a great opportunity for us and I believe it provides a service to the clients. There are certain skill levels in estate planning that not all lawyers have. Eran has the skill level and if the problem is unique then it goes to him.
